For SME & startup teams

A working day where your team rebuilds its own tasks with AI

Client emails, follow-ups, client reporting, the Excel and Sheets work, turning a page of numbers into a plain-language commentary, explaining a point in simple words a customer will understand, summarising long documents. Your team brings its own real work, prepared in advance, and rebuilds it with AI in the room. They leave with working prompts they actually own, not notes about a demo.

Who it fits

The work changes by industry, the method does not. We prepare the day on your team's actual tasks, gathered in a short call beforehand.

Manufacturers & EMS

Quotations, RFQ replies, vendor and buyer emails, SOP drafts, shift and production summaries. The paperwork around the shop floor, not the shop floor itself.

Services & financial firms

Client update emails, turning numbers into a client-ready commentary, plain-words explainers of a finance or compliance point, summaries of long documents. The drafting-and-explaining load that fills the day.

Startups & digital products

Support replies, onboarding notes, release and update emails, first-draft help docs and FAQs. The writing a small team never quite has time for.

E-commerce

Product descriptions, catalogue copy, customer replies, returns and dispatch messages. The high-volume writing that sits behind every order.

Three formats

Every session is prepared on your business's real material. Fixed price, quoted upfront after a short call. No per-head meters.

About 90 minutes · owners & leadership

The owner's AI briefing

What AI genuinely changes for your kind of business, where it helps and where it does not, and a simple way to decide what to try first. No code, no jargon, no homework.

Half or full day · your team, your tasks · the flagship

The team working day

We take the team's real work, the emails and reports and sheets and follow-ups, and rebuild it with AI, live in the room. The team leaves with working prompts and a written shortlist of automation candidates worth looking at next.

One 90-minute session a month · plus WhatsApp support

Adoption coaching

The workshop high fades in a fortnight without follow-through. One 90-minute session a month reviews what stuck, fixes what did not, and adds the next use-case, with WhatsApp support between sessions for the questions that come up mid-week.

What your team leaves with

Not a certificate of attendance and a slide deck. Things they made themselves, on their own work, that hold up on Monday.

Working prompts the team owns

Prompts built on your own tasks during the session, saved and taken away. The team copies one, fills in the specifics, and uses it the same week. Nobody leaves with only notes about AI.

A written automation-candidates list

As the team works, we note which tasks are worth automating properly later. That written list is the honest bridge to further work, surfaced by your team's own hands, never pushed. It links to the AI-for-business work if you want to take it further.

Safe-use rules that stick

The lines that keep it responsible, learned by using them. Two never bend: a client's private financials, with their name, never go into a free chatbot; and a tax, legal or compliance fact is checked against the source, never trusted from the AI. A third stays with your team: AI helps you think, it does not think for you.

An honest note

One workshop does not remake a company, and anyone who promises that is overselling. What a good working day does is give your team the vocabulary, a few real wins, and a map of what to try next.

That is why the coaching format exists. Change is a habit, not an event, and a monthly session is what keeps the map from gathering dust.

The way we frame AI all day is simple. It is like a very well-read new junior who has just joined your firm. It has read an enormous amount, so it drafts fast, and that part is genuinely useful. But it has never met your clients, and sometimes, to sound sure of itself, it states a fact that is simply wrong. So you use it the way a good manager uses a bright new joiner: AI drafts, you sign off, and the source owns the facts.

Bring this working day to your team

Tell us a little about your team and the work that fills their week. Himanshu replies himself, usually within one or two working days.

Every session is a fixed price, quoted upfront after a short call. You can also write directly to himanshu@91aigency.com. If it is not the right fit, a one-line no is completely fine.
