Two never bend: a client's private financials, with their name, never go into a free chatbot; and a tax, legal or compliance fact is checked against the source, never trusted from the AI. The way we frame AI all day is simple. It is like a very well-read new junior who has just joined your firm. It has read an enormous amount, so it drafts fast, and that part is genuinely useful. But it has never met your clients, and sometimes, to sound sure of itself, it states a fact that is simply wrong. So you use it the way a good manager uses a bright new joiner: AI drafts, you sign off, and the source owns the facts.
